On January 12, the International Car of the Year (ICOTY) jury presented 10 awards to the best vehicles of the new model year. In addition to the honors, the 12th annual event also recognized veteran automotive journalist Thos L. Bryant with its Lifetime Achievement Award. Dodge Caravan's commercial "Rooms" drove away with the HEART STRING Award for the most emotionally-compelling car commercial of the year.
