Bringing the Hotel Home

Shop at Your Favorite Hotel Online

by Jessica Howell

Falling asleep in the comforting confines of a luxury hotel room is usually as sweet as a dream - high thread count sheets, mile-high mattresses and designer amenities abound.

Hotels and boutiques continue to upgrade guest room details in an effort to provide what most travelers, whether they can afford it or not, are seeking: luxury appeal.

For those guests who yearn to primp their home with the same chic style as their favorite boutique, many properties are now offering electronic "stores." When visiting such an online store, guests can typically purchase the same toiletries, sheets, pillows (or even mattresses!) offered at the hotel itself.

Here, we've compiled a selection of some of our favorite online hotel "boutiques" and highlighted a few of we think are their coolest products.

After all, imitation is the best form of flattery, right?
