Visit London - Tourism Board Offers Price Guarantee
London for Less with New Online Booking Service

Visit London recently launched an online hotel booking service on its website, www.visitlondon.com, offering travelers to London the lowest hotel prices available. The online service is backed by a "best price guarantee" at 139 two- to five-star properties, all of which are quality assessed. The service promises that if travelers find a lower price for the same hotel room for the same dates at the same tax and board basis, they will be refunded the difference or can cancel at no charge.

Sample deals this winter available through the website include:

  • Three-star Novotel Tower Bridge at £39.50/night (regular rate £49.50/night)
  • Four-star Rubens at the Palace in Victoria at £49.50 (regular rate £83.50/night)
  • Five-star London Hilton on Park Lane at £73/night (regular rate £89/night)
  • Five-star Athenaeum Hotel in Mayfair at £79/night (regular rate £168.50/night)
  • Five-star Sofitel St. James at £99/night (regular rate £105/night)

The full listing of hotels, rates, and restrictions are posted on the website.

The new booking service is part of Visit London's revamped, user-friendly website where visitors can organize their whole London trip online, including booking discounted rail tickets, accommodation, restaurants, and a London Pass that offers free or reduced entry into over 50 attractions all over London. The website also includes comprehensive information on what's new in London as well as special sections: Kids Love London, Gay London, and London by Night.
