Nationally acclaimed yoga retreats and programs are now available all year beginning this winter.

At Inner Harmony, you can experience a yoga retreat filled with meditation, chanting, pranayama and asana practices. Then add your outdoor winter activities such as downhill skiing and snowboarding at acclaimed Brian Head Ski Resort. A yoga class at Inner Harmony

"Anyone who loves to do yoga and winter sports can't pick a better place to be," states Anne O'Brien, yoga instructor and passionate skier. "The practice of yoga, to focus within, and the social aspect of the outdoor winter sports makes for a very satisfying winter experience."

"The teaching quality of the instructors at our facility is superior," states owner John Epert. Inner Harmony's winter season is attracting world class instructors such as:

  • Seane Corn, chosen by Nike to represent yoga in a recent commercial and ad campaign. Named by Allure magazine as "the most sought-after yoga instructor in Los Angeles", Seane has also been seen on The Today Show and featured in numerous magazines.
  • Anne O'Brien - She has studied extensively in the UK, India and the US, and has created and directed the Conference and Events Division at Yoga Journal.
  • Shiva Rae is a long-standing teacher at Yoga Works in Santa Monica. She is also on the faculty of UCLA's World Arts and Cultures Program where she received her Master's in Dance Movement Therapy.
  • Angela Farmer & Victor Van Kooten from Molivos, Greece, known for their innovative approach.
