ft. in the aspen covered mountains of picturesque southern Utah,
close to Utah's Bryce and Zion national parks, has expanded
their services. Nationally acclaimed yoga retreats and programs
are now available all year beginning this winter.

Inner Harmony, you can experience a yoga retreat filled with
meditation, chanting, pranayama and asana practices. Then
add your outdoor winter activities such as downhill skiing
and snowboarding at acclaimed Brian Head Ski Resort. Enjoy
cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Inner Harmony (equipment
and lessons provided). For those who choose a more serene
experience, to relaxing in the comfort of the center while
being surrounded in a blanket of white snow, enjoying saunas,
massage and time in the hot tubs.
